Delivery terms
The online shop is maintained by Aurosretail Group Oy (Business ID: FI22833468) . Moominvalleyshop.com delivers products worldwide. In Finland, we offer a full 14-day exchange and refund service according to local legislation. This does not apply to international transactions, please see below for details. Ordered products are shipped within two (2) working days. Any delays are notified by email.
The current prices of products are shown on the shop website. The prices include VAT. The online shop only sells products which are in stock.
Orders are shipped by Priority Mail and they may be collected at the local post office once delivery notification is received.
Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are online bank transfers, credit cards or invoices and monthly payments offered by our affiliates.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
When payment is made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Aurosretail Group Oy only acts as the marketer of the products and services and arranges delivery to the buyer. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is responsible for handling reclamations.
For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, the seller of the product and the party entering into transaction with the customer is Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is responsible for all sale-related requirements. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banking
Payment and financing services related to online banking payments is implemented by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (ID FI21228397) in co-operation with Finnish banks and creditors. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy purchases the payment and disburses the merchant. For the user, this arrangement is similar to standard online payments.
Packaging
Products ordered from Moominvalleyshop.com are delivered well packed and protected.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the order are determined by country. Shipping costs to Finland for all orders up to 2 kg are €9.90. As the shipping weight increases, the costs also increase: A shipment of 2 to 5 kg costs €11.50, 5-20kg €40.00, over 20kg €75.00.

International shipments are made by Priority Air Mail. The shipments are traceable online. International shipping is provided by Itella Logistics Oy.
Reclamations
Any product reclamations, returns and transport damage may be reported by email at sales@aurosgroup.fi or by telephone at +358 50 533 0119. All delivered products are inspected at delivery time. In case the shipment has been damaged in transit and the damage can be shown to have been the result of poor packaging or similar, Moominvalleyshop.com will replace the product.
Please note that all international sales are final and we will only accept returns due to products damaged in transit. Money-back guarantee is not offered outside Finland. »In case of damage, we request that you supply photographs of the product and packaging to speed up the processing.
